• Morning practise

    Morning practise done, with a couple of little scamps getting in on the action! I have been doing my usual kundalini practise but have started to add a few of the Ashtanga sets in that I have been taught by Karen at Yoga flower, I have been going to her classes and have really noticed my strength coming back. I feel I need a bit more of an energetic practise at the moment so the two styles are working well together.
